DeWalt, Civil Action Nos. AW-04-2732; AW-04-3316; AW-04-3361 and AW-04-3414 (decided December 30, 2004) (Judge WILLIAMS). RecordFax No. 4-1230-40, 15 pages.<b>FACTS:</b> Phillip Williams, Stefan McCray, Robert John Moes, and John Henry Johnson (collectively, Inmates), all inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland, Maryland, individually filed cases, challenging the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ method of computing good time credits. The cases were subsequently consolidated.
