Pentagon hires P.G. firm to help reduce friendly fire

As the Pentagon delves again into the friendly fire death of Army Ranger and former professional football player Pat Tillman, a Maryland company has developed a new way to help guard against such incidents.<@SM><@SM><TAB>Glenn Dale-based TVI Corp., which manufactures military and first-responder equipment, won a five-year contract to supply the U.S. military with infrared-reflective uniform badges that stand out when viewed through night vision goggles.
