FTC suspends enforcement of identity theft regulation (access required)

Facing fire from lawmakers as well as doctors and lawyers, the Federal Trade Commission has decided to delay enforcement of its controversial “Red Flags Rule” for a third time, postponing Saturday’s effective date for another three months.
