McCarus elected as Partner by Waranch & Brown

Nicole A. McCarus has been elected as a Partner by Waranch & Brown, of Lutherville. She had been an associate.

McCarus represents physicians, hospitals, nurses and their insurers in medical malpractice and licensure cases.

She is also certified by the Community Mediation Program to mediate disputes.

Before entering the University of Maryland School of Law, McCarus worked at the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta as a visiting fellow at the National Center for Environmental Health in the Division of Birth Defects and Pediatric Genetics.

She has a strong interest in writing and is a certified proofreader.

Daily commute: 30 minutes-1 hour, depending on Grand Prix traffic.

Recent vacation: Bruges, Brussels, Amsterdam

Hobbies: Embarking on new adventures while collecting Starbucks city/country mugs.
