Chuck Borek has joined Howard County-based Davis, Agnor, Rapaport and Skalny as Of Counsel.
He will work primarily in the firm’s new tax planning and litigation group.
Borek has been representing tax clients in Maryland and throughout the U.S. for almost 20 years. His practice area includes all matters related to state and federal tax issues, including representation of taxpayers before the IRS and in the U.S. Tax Court.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Before his association with DARS, Borek practiced tax and business law and was the tax partner in a Bethesda-based CPA firm for five years.
Education: J.D./MBA, University of Baltimore; B.A. in philosophy and religion from Mary Washington College (now the University of Mary Washington).
