Maryland soccer coach guilty in child porn case

A former youth soccer coach from Hagerstown faces 15 to 30 years in prison for producing child pornography.

Forty-five-year-old Roger Repp pleaded guilty Friday to one count of the offense for using a hidden camera to make pictures and video of a 13-year-old girl dressing, undressing, bathing and using the bathroom.

In return for his plea, prosecutors dropped seven other counts, including allegations that Repp distributed child pornography.

He allegedly made the images from December 2010 through April 2011, when he was a coach with the Locomotive FC soccer club. He was removed as a coach after the allegations surfaced.

Repp told investigators he had never had sex with a child but liked looking at child porn.
