		<description>It&#039;s nice that a politician finally uses some sense and offers to incrementally make changes instead of wholesale changes that just screw everyone one up..... 

With that said, if our state can&#039;t afford a 1% reduction which amounts to a a grand total of $7,500,000 a year then maybe they shouldn&#039;t be running our state to begin with.</description>
