All that needs to be done is hire millions of unemployed Americans to audit and investigate for the trillions in fraud in defense, health care, and financial industries. No taxpayer money needed as this will pay for itself. You clear the deficit by collecting from the people who created it.....you renew public faith in all US institutions, and you continue to move back to a first world quality of life.
