ANNAPOLIS — Gov. Martin O’Malley will be giving the State of the State speech.

The speech is scheduled for Wednesday at noon in Annapolis before the Maryland General Assembly.

There’s a new feature to this year’s speech. Maryland residents will be able to submit questions to the governor, lieutenant governor and other members of the O’Malley administration.

People who want to participate can use the hashtag #MDSOTS on Twitter. People also can submit questions by going to the following website: http://www.governor.maryland.gov/yourquestions.asp.
