Obama administration to join Md. for Supreme Court case on DNA collection

Chief Deputy Maryland Attorney General Katherine Winfree will be sharing argument time with the Obama administration when she urges the U.S. Supreme Court later this month to uphold the constitutionality of a state law permitting police to collect DNA samples from people arrested for committing or attempting to commit a violent crime.
