ANNAPOLIS — Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller says he is meeting with Gov. Martin O’Malley and House Speaker Michael Busch to discuss transportation funding.
Miller, D-Calvert, told reporters the meeting was taking place Thursday afternoon.
Miller says he’s going to tell the governor the session is half over, and a plan is needed.
He also says the Senate will need time to consider a bill, if one is proposed. Miller also ruled out a special session to take up the issue later this year.
