UPPER MARLBORO — Closing arguments are expected in Prince George’s County in the trial of a man charged with killing a Virginia community activist.
Tyrone Lewis faces charges including murder and armed carjacking in the death of Lenny Harris, a community activist from Alexandria.
Harris’s body was found at the bottom of a well in Fort Washington in January 2012. A co-defendant, Linwood Johnson, previously pleaded guilty and is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
Closing arguments are planned for Monday in Prince George’s County Circuit Court.
