Right to lawyer at bail delayed until June

Top court affirms right, but wants to see what lawmakers suggest

ANNAPOLIS – The Maryland Court of Appeals is sticking to its landmark decision that suspects have a state constitutional right to counsel at initial bail hearings, but said it will not enforce that right for another three months.
