The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore has decided it’s time for a change of scenery.
The nonprofit corporation has been located at 217 N. Charles St. since about 1992. But now that the organization’s efforts are so varied, ranging from homeless outreach to economic development, new office space is needed.
“We need to expand,” Michael Evitts, a spokesman, said.
Now the partnership will call space at 20 S. Charles St. home.
Evitts said they are currently in the process of getting the office plan laid out. The partnership hopes to move into their new office sometime by late August or early September.
