Baltimore sells 17 properties for $119,000

The Board of Estimates approved selling nearly a block of city-owned property for $119,000 on Wednesday.

The property, which is being purchased by developer Station Arts LLC, consists of 11 vacant houses, and seven empty lots between 301 E. Lanvale St. and 331 E. Lanvale St., and one property at 1639 Guilford Ave.

According to the board’s agenda, the developer intends to rehab or build single-family homes.

The properties were initially approved for sale by the city in late 2012.

  • $7,000 – 304 E. Lanvale St. (Vacant House)

  • $6,000 – 307 E Lanvale St. (Vacant Lot)
  • $6,000 – 308 E. Lanvale St. (Vacant Lot)

  • $7,000 – 311 E. Lanvale St. (Vacant House)
