The Alameda Marketplace sells for $11.3M

The Alameda marketplace in Northeast Baltimore has sold for $11.3 million.

The shopping center, which is located in the 5600 block of The Alameda, was purchased by Atlantic Realty Companies from Continental Realty Corp.

The 113,000-square-foot retail space is 95 percent occupied and features tenants such as Stop Shop Save, Rite-Aid and Bank of America.

The shopping center is in the area of Good Samaritan Hospital and Morgan State University.
