Discussing Pimlico and impact funds on WYPR

Baltimore is trying to use funds from slot machines to help spur development in neighborhoods around Pimlico Race Course.

The Daily Record examined how effective those funds have been in an article that ran Friday ahead of the running of the Preakness Stakes.

Smith discusses what the community wants, whether there is tangible proof of the expenditures and liquor stores.
