TCS, Lockheed picked for DHS contract work

TeleCommunication Systems Inc., of Annapolis, and Bethesda-based Lockheed Martin Corp. individually announced they have been selected to participate in a Department of Homeland Security contract with a potential estimated maximum value of $22 billion over the seven-year life of the contract.
