Katrina Dennis, a principal with the Baltimore firm of Kramon & Graham P.A., has been appointed by Gov. Martin O’Malley to the board of directors of the Maryland Transportation Authority. Dennis is a trial lawyer who focuses on employment and commercial litigation. The MDTA is an independent state agency that finances, owns and operates the state’s toll facilities. The MDTA’s board members, appointed by the governor with consent of the Senate, serve as the agency’s policy-setting and governing body.
