Two former Maryland home building trade associations have merged to form the Maryland Building Industry Association. The merger between the Home Builders Association of Maryland and the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association will be formally approved by the National Association of Home Builders during their fall board of directors meeting next month. The former presidents of HBAM and MNCBIA, Russ Dickens and Clark Wagner, respectively, will serve as co-presidents. Combined, this new association will represent 85 percent of Maryland. Its headquarters will be in Fulton.
