The Baltimore office of Baker Donelson has immediate opening for an experienced legal secretary to support 3 attorneys & 2 paralegals in Estate Planning and Administration. This is a document intensive position with heavy client contact. Qualified candidates will have 5+ yrs of legal secretary experience with 2+ yrs in estate planning and/or estate admin. Tax return exp. a plus. Qualified candidates will also have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook and accurately type 65+ wpm. Exp. with NetDocs a plus.
