Jamie Watt Arnold
Senior Vice President
In 12 years, Jamie Watt Arnold has gone from intern to senior vice president at Profiles, Inc., a Baltimore public relations firm.
It’s a rapid advance that the 2005 graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned a bachelor’s in communications, credits to being a team player with both her fellow employees and her clients.
“I partner with them to make sure I am working right along side of them to achieve success and meet their goals,” she said. “My commitment and dedication to the profession and my clients pushes me to exceed expectations for clients, colleagues, media and partners.”
With that philosophy, Arnold has scored a number of PR coups, including winning coverage for clients on NBC’s “Today” show, ABC’s “20/20,” NPR’s “All Things Considered” and in The New York Times.
Arnold also works with several nonprofit organizations, including the Kennedy Krieger Institute and Bon Secours Baltimore Health System, raising awareness of their mission and achievements.
“She has grown so much over the years and, truly, I wouldn’t want to be doing what I do today without her,” said Amy Burke Friedman, president of Profiles. “She may be younger and have a few years less experience but I am always learning from her. … She is incredibly dedicated to her clients, the company, to her colleagues and to the community.”
