Avigayil Pearlman and Brian S. Burkett have been admitted to the Maryland Bar and have joined Council Baradel as associates.
Pearlman concentrates her practice in the area of family law. She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law manga cum laude with a concentration in family law in the top 23 percent of her class, and received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Baltimore summa cum laude. Before joining Council Baradel, Pearlman was a judicial intern for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City as well as the Orphan’s Court of Baltimore County.
Burkett focuses his practice on general civil litigation, real property litigation and commercial and business law. He graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and he received a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. Before joining Council Baradel, Burkett worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
