Elizabeth “Beth” Pitts-Madonna, the vice president of Human Resources for Northrop Grumman’s corporate office and enterprise services, has joined the board of directors of The Penn-Mar Foundation, which supports the work of Penn-Mar Human Services, a provider of support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
She oversees Northrop’s enterprise-wide Employee Relations Center of Excellence, as well as the human resources teams that support the Corporate Office and Enterprise Services. She is also a member of the corporation’s Human Resources Policy Council.
The Ashburn, Virginia resident earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Boston University and a master’s degree in social work from Boston College. She has also completed a number of leadership development programs.
