The 2018 Annapolis Summit, our annual event to mark the first day of the legislative session, was held Wednesday. It featured our partner, Marc Steiner, interviewing Gov. Larry Hogan, House Speaker Michael E. Busch and Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller Jr.
