CONTRACTS -- TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE -- FAILURE TO STATE A CLAIM Tower Oaks Boulevard, LLC (“Tower Oaks”), the appellant, appeals from a judgment by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County dismissing with prejudice its first amended complaint. The appellees are Virginia Commerce Bank (“the Bank”) and Joseph P. Corish, an attorney who represented the Bank with respect to certain matters. Tower Oaks presents one question for review, which we have rephrased slightly: Did the circuit court err by dismissing the amended complaint for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted?
