Eye Opener: Busch says transportation, wind could be 2013 issues

Maryland voters approved of expanded gambling last week, but a lawsuit has kept the issue alive for the moment. A former Prince George’s County delegate is the lead fundraiser for a group contending the vote was unconstitutional.
