- The Baltimore Sun reports that Del. Jon Cardin wants companies and local governments who issue incorrect speed camera tickets to be fined.
- The Gazette reports that an audit of the Maryland Economic Development Corp. showed it needed tighter controls.
- MarylandReporter.com profiles St. Mary’s College political science professor Todd Eberly, who’s become a go-to political commentator in Maryland.
- The Herald-Mail reports that with plans for a new Hagerstown stadium stalling, the owner of the town’s minor league baseball team will meet with the city council.
