• The Baltimore Sun reports O’Malley and other governors are concerned about the impact of sequestration.
• The Capital of Annapolis reports the Anne Arundel County Council has asked state lawmakers to change the process through which vacant council or executive seats are filled, just days after the council selected Laura Neuman to succeed John R. Leopold.
