Health Care Heroes are chosen based on the business or individuals ability to:

-          solve a community health problem by reaching outside their normal sphere of business

-          educate its participants

-          show a commitment to the community

-          impact the recipients’ lives

-          focus on an acknowledged health care issue

How do I nominate someone for Health Care Heroes?
You can nominate for Health Care Heroes by clicking on the nomination link and filling out the nomination form for either yourself or for another person/organization.

What is the judging process?
After the applications are received an external panel of judges review the nominations, applications and any other information provided. From this judging process the Health Care Heroes finalists, winners and top winners are determined.

How can I support Health Care Heroes?
