The Maryland Bankers Association, in partnership with The Warren Group, has named its 2012 “Next Leaders in Banking.”

These individuals, all age 40 and under and working at a bank operating in Maryland, have made significant contributions to their institutions and the communities. The award recipients are:

– Tia Kirschner, BSA/Deposit Compliance Coordinator, Baltimore County Savings Bank

– David Long, Network Administrator, Officer, Howard Bank
