Janishefski joins Visit Baltimore
Brendan Janishefski has joined Visit Baltimore as director of web marketing.
In his new role, Janishefski will maintain and manage the content, functionality and appearance of Visit Baltimore’s website, www.baltimore.org; oversee and update social media channels; develop microsites and other electronic communications to reach target markets; and work to develop and implement online advertising media buys, including seasonal and trade campaigns, and search engine marketing programs, specifically PPC and search engine optimization.
Prior to joining Visit Baltimore, Janishefski spent 18 years at Weber Shandwick Worldwide, first as a print graphic designer and most recently as an interactive art director. He brings an extensive knowledge of Adobe, InDesign, Flash, Quark Express, Final Cut and HTML programming to Visit Baltimore.
Janishefski holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Carnegie Mellon University.
