LifeBridge’s Green recieves lifetime service award
Warren A. Green, president and CEO of LifeBridge Health, has received the American College of Healthcare Executives Regent’s Lifetime Service Award to celebrate his 40-plus years in the field.
ACHE’s membership includes more than 40,000 health care executives from around the world and has more than 80 chapters that cultivate networking, training and growth opportunities for the current and next generation of health care specialists.
Green’s career in health care began when he was a lieutenant in the Medical Services Corps in the U.S. Naval Reserves and has culminated as the chief executive of LifeBridge Health. He presided over the merger of the Sinai Health System and Northwest Hospital to form a new health organization in 1998.
Under his stewardship, LifeBridge Health has become one of the largest and most comprehensive providers of health services in northwest Baltimore which also includes Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Courtland Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and related subsidiaries and affiliates.
LifeBridge Health employs more than 7,000 staff members and is affiliated with more than 1,500 physicians.
