Roswell has over twenty years of experience as a litigator, including matters involving business disputes, real estate, property insurance law, insurance coverage, and defense of general liability claims. Most recently, Roswell has been appointed by the Maryland Governor’s Office to serve on the government task force established to study insurance of last resort programs in the state.
As managing partner, he will oversee attorneys, staff, business development initiatives, client relations, office operations and strategic planning for the law firm celebrating its 175th anniversary.
A Baltimore native, Roswell graduated from Loyola College in Maryland in 1988 and earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. He joined Niles Barton in 1993.
