Susan Fedor has joined Colliers International as an assistant property manager responsible for tenant relations and property maintenance and improvement. Fedor brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and property management.
Prior to joining Colliers | Baltimore, Fedor was the practice administrator of a medical office in Erie, Pa., and executive director of Erie County CASA Inc., a nonprofit child advocacy organization in Erie. In both positions, Fedor oversaw the maintenance and construction of office space.
During her career, Fedor has also been a real estate agent with Advantage Real Estate in Miami Beach, Fla.; assistant property manager for Savoy East Apartments in Baltimore; and assistant to the vice president of construction for Farr Companies in Washington, D.C.
Fedor earned her real estate and community association manager licenses in Miami. She attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
