BOMA Baltimore elects officers for 2013
The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Baltimore has elected its leadership team for 2013.
John M. Pezzulla, director of asset management at Federal Realty Investment Trust, was named president. Lynn L. Berger, senior property manager at Liberty Property Trust, serves as immediate past president.
Additional BOMA officers include: Erika J. Palmer (first vice president), asset manager at Manekin LLC; Stephen M. Enslow (second vice president), vice president of property management for The Loughlin Management Group; and Tim A. O’Donald (treasurer), vice president of property management, Harbor East Management Group.
BOMA Baltimore also named four directors to its leadership team: Kevin J. Bauer, senior property manager, First Industrial Realty Trust; Joyce L. Frank, vice president – asset management, MacKenzie Management Company LLC; Terri Gavin, property manager, Montecito Medical Management; Monica LaVorgna, property manager, St. John Properties Inc.; and Robert Shovan, City Leader, Cassidy Turley.
BOMA Associate Member Representatives include: Debbie Heaver, divisional account manager, Brickman Group, and Christina Urquhart, President, Charm City Concierge, Inc.
According to BOMA Baltimore President John M.
