Palmer will be responsible for structuring sales of the company’s all-inclusive tablet for the K-12 education market throughout the United States and directing the firm’s regional sales goals. In addition, she will develop 1sqbox’s online sales department.
Prior to launching her own sales consulting business in 2006, Palmer served as vice president of sales at Sylvan Learning Centers, where she was responsible for a $50 million dollar annual revenue budget and more than 55 Sylvan locations. She refined sales processes for the India-based online tutoring company, Tutorvista, owned by Pearson Education. She was also instrumental in expansions for the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum.
In two years, Palmer successfully converted an offline sales consulting business into a worldwide online virtual coaching and consulting business. She has been featured in the Washington Business Journal, Washington Woman Magazine, Success for Women magazine, and Success magazine. Amy has been showcased onstage and online for international business development events.
