Natural gas firm seeks judgment against Myersville (access required)

FERC found that Myersville is the most appropriate site for the compressor station, and that the project will provide economic benefits to the town and Frederick County.

Myersville, Md., has a post office, a population of about 1,600 and no desire to amend its growth plans to accommodate those of a natural gas company.
