Rep. Harris endorses Gingrich in primary

EASTON — First District Congressman Andy Harris is endorsing Newt Gingrich in the Republican presidential primary in Maryland. The Star-Democrat reports that Harris will be co-chairman of Gingrich’s Maryland team. The Maryland Republican said in a statement that he believes Gingrich has the experience to turn the economy around. Maryland’s primary is in April.
