HAGERSTOWN — Swedish truck maker Volvo AB says it’s getting $19 million from the U.S. Department of Energy to help develop more fuel-efficient tractor-trailers. HAGERSTOWN — Swedish truck maker Volvo says it expects to add at least 50 jobs at its Hagerstown engine-and-transmission plant.
