Bottomline Growth Strategies Inc.
More than a decade ago, Carol Coughlin founded Bottomline Growth Strategies with the understanding that small and medium-sized companies deserve the same level of strategic planning and expertise as their larger, corporate counterparts.
Coughlin is proud to be a woman serving on numerous corporate boards, including Hamilton Bancorp, University of Maryland Medical Center and Maryland 529 Board, to name a few.
She is an active member of Executive Alliance and is a past director of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland.
How have you made Maryland a better place?
“Participating on and guiding boards has enabled me to make a significant contribution to the economy, my community and the causes I care about, including making diversity on boards a reality. As a member of the Executive Alliance’s Women on Corporate Boards Committee, I’ve helped a number of women obtain highly coveted ‘green bag’ appointments on state economic development councils and am honored to be in a position where I can support other women in their growth as leaders and current and future board members.”
