Cynthia Blake Sanders
Intellectual Property Lawyer
A former jewelry designer, Cynthia Blake Sanders is the first graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art to become an intellectual property lawyer. In addition to her work for Baker Donelson, Sanders started a legal clinic for artists in 2012 while chair of the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (MdVLA).
Sanders also teaches at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She is board chair of the Station North Arts and Entertainment District.
