Workers removed the hands from the clock on the historic Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower on Eutaw Street.  The 100-year-old hands, which are made of wood and bronze and weigh about 200 pounds each, were taken off the clock and lowered into a window on the 15th floor of the tower. Managed by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, the tower is open to the public once a month when visitors can browse through the building, visit with artists in their studios and purchase artwork.
