The University of Baltimore mascot, the UB Bee, was reintroduced in full regalia Thursday at the school’s annual spring block party. This was the mascot’s first appearance on campus in 30 years, and it is believed to be the first time the mascot has been attired in a professionally designed costume. The new UB Bee will be available for student and alumni events. There will be a contest to name the mascot later this year.
