The Young Lawyers Sun Run, sponsored by The Daily Record, marked its 20th year at the Maryland State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in Ocean City. Starting on 130th Street at the Montego Bay park, Friday’s 5K drew more than 40 participants, while a dozen signed up for the more grueling 10K. Best times for the 5K were posted by Greg Lockwood (22:18)) and Jordan Paavola (25:11), with Kurt Heinrich, William Moore and Sam Piazza rounding out the top five. In the 10K, Richard Finci [FINCH???] broke the 50-minute mark with a 49:29. Julie Rubin (50:20) was the fastest woman, followed by Adam Bederink, Thomas Waxter and, in a tie for fifth, Reza Golesorkhi and John Debelius.
