With the help of Orioles owner Peter G. Angelos, the University of Baltimore School of Law broke ground Thursday on its new John and Frances Angelo Law Center. Angelos, a graduate of UB's law school, donated $10 million toward the new building. Gov. Martin O'Malley also attended the groundbreaking and spoke.
