Sotheby’s, Former Chief Executive to Plead Guilty in Collusion Case

<TAB>The venerable Sotheby’s auction house and one of its former chief executives agreed Thursday to plead guilty to fixing commission prices and fees with rival Christie’s.<@SM><@SM><TAB>Attorney Steven Reiss, who represents Sotheby Holding Inc., appeared at a hearing in federal court and said the company would plead guilty to violating antitrust laws.
