  1. This is a very healthy development given the insular nature of judging. But, if it’s anything like “RateMyProfessors.com” it will attract the extremes on both sides–those who love a judge and those who hate him/her. Such postings may lead to a more systematic way of evaluating judicial performance and that would be a good thing.
