The Reznick Group has hired four new associates for its Baltimore office: Jack Seng rejoins the firm in its audit department after working for his family’s business for two years. He has degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Maryland. Mike Ring has joined the firm’s tax consulting. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Salisbury University. Jackie Kalish also joined the tax consulting team. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Maryland and is enrolled in the University of Baltimore master’s of tax program. Richard Armstead also has joined the audit team after two years with KPMG. He has an accounting degree from Morgan State University.

Chase Brexton Health Services, of Baltimore, has welcomed five new care providers: Dr. Taro J. Adachi received his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University; after receiving his doctorate in medicine, he completed his internship and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Maryland Medical System in 1993. Dr. Laila Hochhausen, a staff therapist, received her doctorate degree in clinical and community psychology from George Washington University. Dr. Santhia A. Mathew, a staff physician, completed her family medicine residency as chief resident at the University of Maryland Family and Community Medicine in July. Dr. Vishal Sethi, an infectious disease physician, completed his internal medicine residency at Resurrection Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park, Ill., and recently completed his fellowship in infectious disease at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Andrea E. Speedie, a staff physician, received her doctorate of medicine from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 2005.

Victor White has been appointed chief operating officer of The Hogan Companies, headquartered in Annapolis. White began his real estate career as a property manager at Jerome H. Meyer & Co. in Chicago. The former Frederick resident returned to Maryland to join the Hogan Companies in 2007 as a land and commercial broker. His portfolio includes projects throughout the United States, with a focus on Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, and Montgomery counties, and the Eastern Shore.
