Photo of the Day – Falcon watches over the city

A Peregrine falcon perches on the ledge outside of the Whiteford Taylor Preston office on the 19th floor of 7 St. Paul Steet. Since the first Peregrine falcon, named Scarlett, was released in 1978 on the 33rd floor of 100 Light street, nearly 100 falcons have been fledged over the streets of Baltimore.
